ARTISTS: We do not share, sell, or distribute your information. The information we collect from you is used to book you at events, process your payments, accounting and tax reporting as required by law.


What information do we gather and how do we use it?

When you join our call list, we will get your name, e-mail address, phone number, and payment information. We will also request information via email required to book you in jobs and pay you for services performed.

How we protect customer information:

When you are booked everything is completed through a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all your information before it is sent to us.

About “cookies”

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive.  They help our website remember information about your visit, which can both make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you.

Your Consent

By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Allforafacetn.com. If we every change our privacy policy, we will post such changes on our privacy related page.

Terms and Conditions

 Artists and entertainers requesting to be added to our call list are not in any way employees of Allforafacetn.com, CorinneRodgers face painter, or any of it's owners, agents, or affiliates.

All requested information must be complete before being added to the call list. This includes W9, insurance certificate(s), and other necessary documentation for accounting, payment, reporting 1099-NEC to the IRS and other purposes as required by law.

As a subcontractor, you will be provided with a 1099-nec, if you made more than $600.00 for the year.

Once added to the call list there is no guarantee that you will be contacted or offered a gig. (But If you are not on the list you definitely will not be contacted.) If your specialty is required for an event in your area, we will contact you by email or text, ask for your availability and rate requirement. You are under no obligation to accept the gig. 

If you are available and accept the gig, we ask that you hold the date and time frame until the event is confirmed. Usually 48 hours. If it is booked, you are confirmed as the entertainer. We ask that you add it to your schedule.  We will sent the details to you as soon as we get them.

We cannot guarantee bookings or if clients cancel bookings. At this point we do not charge for broken event appointments.

When you accept a gig you agree to the following:

-You are an independent contractor, working this gig for allforafacetn.com. You will use your professional judgment in all matters.
-You are responsible for all insurance, taxes, and employment law obligations. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllForAFaceTN.com, Corinne Rodgers, face painter and it's owners/agents against all losses and claims occurring as a result of this gig.
-The Fee includes travel, supplies, and set-up time. You agree to arrive and be completely set up 15 minutes before your contracted start time. You will be paid within 30-days of the gig (but probably much sooner).
-You are representing Allforafacetn.com, Corinne Rodgers, face painter, and will not promote yourself or contact anyone from the gig independently.

When you arrive and are set up at the gig we ask that you message us by text with a photo that you are in place and ready.

We would also appreciate you evaluation of the event after it is completed.
