When we are fully booked or if a client wants multiple artists, we reach out to local fellow artists to see if they can help us out. If you are interested in being a face painter (or another type of artist) subcontractor, fill out the form below.
(We serve middle TN. This is a pretty big area. But if you are an artist in NJ or CO, we will not have work for you.)
Please note: W9 and insurance certificate is required. Also a method of payment you prefer. We use Venmo, cash app, or zelle. Once approved you will need to set up how you want to receive payment.
Payments are made within 30 days. Usually sooner. It really depends on who the end Client is, and how many agents are in between.
The information you provide allows us to book you as a performing artist at one of our events. This is an at will relationship. You are a subcontractor and as such you will file your own taxes. You will receive a 1099-NEC from us if you made over $600.00. You may accept or refuse jobs as you need to.
Rates vary. They may change at any time. It depends upon the gig and the service specialty. When possible we will try to negotiate your rate, or close to it. You have the option of accepting or not accepting gigs.
